We manufacture our Cabins using premium building materials and top quality craftsmanship. Our Cabins come with either metal siding, vinyl siding, or LP smart panel siding. We sell and deliver our cabins, sheds, mini barns, and garages all across the Midwest to include Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

Timberline Cabin Standard Features

  • Gambrel roof

  • We currently have models ranging from 192 square feet to 560 square feet in size.

  • Full length covered porch with all treated wood and railing

  • 40 year 29 gauge metal roofing in your choice of 22 colors. Click on colors chart at the top of this page to view metal color choices.

  • 7′ side walls inside

  • Wall studs 2″ x 4″ 16″ on center

  • 2″ x 6″ roof rafters 16″ on center with 1/2″ CDX plywood backing

  • 4″ x 4″ treated runners on the ground

  • 2″ x 4″ treated floor joists 12″ on center

  • 3/4″ treated plywood flooring with vinyl laminate or linoleum floor covering

  • Kitchen cabinets and counter top

  • Car siding with clear coat on walls

  • Plumbing for kitchen, bathroom vanity, bathroom tub and toilet are tied together and run to the outside in 3″ pipe. Water lines are plumbed from water heater closet to bathroom sinks, tub, and kitchen sink

  • Plumbing on this model is completely run including water lines and drain lines run to where you intend to tie in to them.

  • 5 to 7 – 30″ x 36″ insulated windows double pane single hung depending on size of cabin

  • 1 – 12′ x 10′ loft or 14′ x 10′ loft depending on width of cabin

  • 1 – loft ladder

  • 1- 36″ x 72″ fiberglass entry door with vinyl door jamb and 9 lite window

  • Insulated walls and ceiling with R-13 Insulation

  • R- 12 – 1 1/2″ Insulated garage door panels under floor

  • Is fully wired with 200 amp electrical service and has 10 lights, and 18 electrical outlets

  • Tub, sinks, toilet, kitchen cabinets included with 1 exhaust fan in the bathroom

  • Kitchen is wired for electric stove

  • 20 gallon electric water heater which can be upgraded to 40 gallon electric

  • Heating and cooling is the responsibility of the customer after the cabin is delivered. We will frame in for any a/c or heating unit you are planing on using if you provide the measurements.

  • House wrap around exterior walls

  • Single bubble vapor barrier under the metal in the roof

  • Wheel chair access is available if required.

  • Unfinished cabins do not include insulation, floor covering, wall covering, electrical, or plumbing

  • Kit price includes all the materials for you to do it yourself which would have to be picked up at our fabrication shop and is 68% of prices listed above
