Building Permits
It is the customers responsibility for aquiring all building permits. Make sure you have your permits before ordering this cabin. Once material has been ordered and building starts if you cancel for any reason there is a 20% re-stocking fee.
 
Delivery of This Home
Is within three weeks from purchase if weather permits. We deliver for FREE within 100 miles of Rockville Indiana (47872). If over 100 miles we charge an additional $12 per loaded mile. We deliver all across the Midwest. We need at least 24" on each side and 14" of room above the size of home you purchase.
 
Home Foundations
The foundation is your responsibilty. We can sit your home on the ground, on a stone pad, concrete pad, or a basement. Whichever option you choose it can not be more then 18" above grade. If after you purchase you need the information on having your basement blocked or poured we can get you information on wall spacing.
 
Payment
We expect payment at the time your order is placed. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Business Check, and ACH directly from your checking account. We can also acept PayPal Payments.
 
Sales Tax
Indiana sales tax of 7% has to be collected on all orders that are picked up here or that we deliver.
